hi mylot friends,Recently i have seen in some tv's that the service providers of Airtel/BSNL/Aircel/Vodofone/Docomo/Idea/Reliance are offering the free one year talk time to the aged people of Help age India,if any body donate their old phone,i do not know i wish to donate a my old motorola cell phone to Helpage India people,Is it right?if so how can i send the same to them

hi yagasini, i would like to thank mylot for giving me an opportunity to know you, ur thought is really great as vandana madam said, handover the cellphone alone and don't forget to get a receipt for donating(for future references). actually im also planning to donate my 1/3rd of my online income to charity (im working really hard in gathering information about starting a charity soon).. about your donation i would like to put this information to your notice..

thanks for the response,i do not have that much money to donate for the needy and poor,because my income is very very less and i am spending money only for required things,god have given the heart but not the money to help poor and needy,i will try to help when ever is possible to me,you have sent a message also i could not give reply to you due to system failure,sorry for that also,have a nice day

Hi yugasini, first point, I am not sure legally you are allowed to do that. Cell phones are not exactly without repurcussions. If they land in the hands of terrorists, you will be caught. :( If it is without simcard that you want give then contact them on 040-27427066/27428472. Those are the telephone numbers of their Hyderabad office. Hope this helps.

You are such a noble person yugasini. You have a good heart. Why not call up Help age India people and ask them? You will get the number from the directory or you can get it from Ask me number, which usually will be there in all the cities. In Bangalore, the Ask me number is 23333333 and in chennai it is 4 number. Find out in your place or any just dial number.

thanks for the response/comment,actually that phone was brought 3 years back,it was used for these 3 years,that should be replaced with new one,so i am opting it for a donation,if i have some thing to do note ,then i will think,if not wht should i think,so thanks for the comment,have a nice day

thanks for the response/comment,i am donating it old orphaned people,if you are not in a position to buy a cell phone by paying nearly one thousand rupees,now a days cell phones are available at price also and if you want old one you may get it around five hundred also,have a nice day
