I did waitress work in fl the last six years and moved to tenn. got hired at shoneys only to get fired a week before xmas. they said I was overwhelmed too easily and was too slow as a result. I was devastated since I have never been fired before and kept up just fine at the busy restaurant I worked at in fl. Now Im at a loss as to what to even do. Have my lpn license but have not worked at it for over 25 years. Have thought of taking refresher course and trying to get back into it. But have lost confidence in myself now. thanks you for your concern. You are very kind.

Same here too. People say that the job market is improving and we are getting new jobs everywhere but that is not the scenario since we are still under the process of job hunting and nothing special has been the outcome so far. It is expected that the lay offs and sacking would continue until 2011 4th quarter and only Asian countries could recover from the recession debacle earlier. So let us hope for the best things to occur/ Cheers:-0
