Do you know how to add image in blogger header ... ?

Dear mylotters, i have a blog where i want to add a header image. But i do not know how to add a header image in blogger dot com. I have tried many times to add header image but i'm failing. I get this symbol ( ! ) when i upload a image in header. There have two option from computer and from web. I selected both but got symbol ( ! ) many times. Please help me.

You select both? At thec same time? Or do you mean you've tried both ways and neither one of them worked?
Is the picture you want to use for the header on the web? Or your computer? Tell me, and I help you step by step. :)

I do not tried both at the same time. First i tried to add/upload header from my computer then tried to add/upload header from the web. But non of them worked for me. I want to add/upload image from my computer. Please help me how can i add image from image my computer or web.
