I love lamb, but it's the most expensive meat here in Spain. When we go to the UK to visit, I always bring some back with me. New Zealand or Welsh lamb is the best - lovely and juicy with a wonderful flavour.

At least you like lamb! I need to find places were it is prepared other ways to see if I really like lamb or not!

Sandra you naughty meat smuggler, just wait till they catch you at customs trying to smuggle manic lamb disease into Spain. It's really pricey here too. You should pass some of your cabbage diet tips onto blueracket here, she's always complaining how fat she is.

Hello, Thea. Mad Lamb Disease was just a government plot - don't believe a word of it. Anybody can help themselves to my cabbages, anytime. The oranges are getting in short supply now. Fjaril's getting too fond of squeezing them.

Never heard of someone allergic to meat before! At least lamb is an option for you!

I love lamb and sheep, it normally taste more than beef. A Christmas speciality here is salted and smoked lamb ribs, which are put on wooden stick above boiling water. You have to cook them for some hours, and then it served with mashed turnip and potatoe. It's lovely.

I never have eaten goat. Never had the opportunity to. Lamb is far my least favorite meat. I love chicken and beef. I'll eat ham and bacon when it comes to pork. I don't like eating other types of pork because it is really dry to me!

I love lamb, especially when it is roasted with pesto. Done medium...mmm.
At a restaurant where I used to work we served a pesto and dijon crusting rack of lamb, it was delicious.
