No, you can only give one BR per discussion. We have been assured (by GoAskAlice) that BR only confers 'boasting rights' and is not factored in to the Earnings algorithm. What does count, however, is the discussion rating system, so giving those who are worthy of it a positive rating should help them earn a little more.

Oh, that is a shame. Now i have the problem of deciding and i do like more than one repsponse. But thank you so much.

It often happens that more than one response is worthy of a Best Response. I generally give BR in rotation (because it's often the same people who equally deserve a BR) if it comes down to it. I always go through and give a positive rating to those that deserve it (extremely rarely a negative rating, except where a response is specifically against the Guidelines).
