i am still very angry!!!!

I AM STILL VERY ANGRY! but i could not express it. there is a need to repress it. outside i look okay, not friendly friendly okay, but just okay. stoic. pensive maybe. just plain no emotion maybe. i dunno. but i am keeping it. for the sake of peace. i am keeping my mouth shut. but i am still angry. and my heart or chest feels like it would burst, like a flooded dam. i am also afraid to let it go. otherwise i would regret the words i will utter because of anger. i think i will just swallow this and let it dissolve in my gut. i am soooo angry, i feel like shouting and banging all the doors and throwing everything. arrrrggghhhh!!!!!!!! but i have to keep quiet!!!!!!! i think i am getting crazy!!!!!!!! ha! deep breath...

It' good that you have Mylot to release those emotions, otherwise, you will really get crazy. Good thing you have let it out for in a day or two, things will go back to normal.

You've got to let that out. Because if you don't, you know, it might come out in a form that you don't want. Let some steam out. My way is to drive. I will drive around the city, specially at night. Sometimes I'd scream in the car, but most of the time, I just let the calmness of the city night, and speed of the car relieve my stress.

well i think you have to drink a lot of water so that you anger will calm down...or you need to go outside your house and find time seeing the beautiful surrounding outside your house..or if it couldn't help just sleep and when you woke up there's no pains inside you..and i think, things will be back to normal again.

Everyone get angry, even I do feel a lot angry like you do sometimes, but its in our best interest that we do the right thing. Like if any injustice is being happening to us, then we should keep quiet and try to do something or other about it and if we know that we are wrong and apologize but still the other person doesn't listen and mock you, then there is no point in getting angry and just try to ignore it. We should make ourselves feel lighter by looking at it in a different perspective and that way it will also help in a certain way to beat the stress generated by doing anger management!!

You are very angry but you are also very funny!! So finally you did get your anger out and you turned it into laughter and laughed it out. Take it easy. There is always a way out in life, if only we look for it. I also find myself becoming very very angry just like you. But then, it cannot be voiced every now and then. Sometimes we need to be quiet and that is the most difficult part. There is always another side of the coin and the other side is sometimes an opportunity. Just see the brighter and lighter side and you will be happy 'always'.

so as long as you keep your predatory state inside your bedroom, it's okay. go try writing and expressing it on scraps of paper then tear it apart and burn it to vanquish evidence. it'll help, if yo don't want to speak of it to anyone. or maybe you can cut yourself some slack and indulge onto something. the hell with the world. sometimes i feel that way to. i just feel so angry and frustrated that i could just hurt whoever unlucky person i could think of, but i'm trying my hardest to rationalize now. like staying away from people to lessen the resounding voices on my head. you could also try sleeping it off first. whichever you prefer. just keep yourself out of jail. ;)
