Losing weight. Is there any fast or easy way to do it.

Do you think losig weight iis easy. Is there any diet that really works. personally I feel that there is an easy way to do it. but what is it

avoid crash diets or fads. think about making a life change. it can keep you from suffering from health problems later on in life. definitely exercise, as well. but limit the amount of calories that you ingest. and dont eat junk calories. stick to foods that are good for you and that your body can use.

I don't think that there is a safe, effective way to lose weight easily. It take committment to a healthy diet of lots of veggies and consistent exercise.

First of all there is no easy way to lose weight. Period. In order to effectively and safely lose weight you must eat clean and exercise daily. You don't have to suffer through your diet either. Just take it gradually, limit your fat first, and drink plenty of water. Then you can adjust accordingly from there limiting sugar and starch intake. Vegetables are mandatory to feel full between meals. Eating every few hours helps keep your blood sugar level even while dieting so you don't feel weak. Make sure any snacks you consume are the healthiest choice for you. Everyone is different, you will lose weight at your body's own rate so comparing yourself to other people is futile. Just make sure you put your own personal discipline into play and don't get discouraged. Good luck.

Avoid eating friend stuff Avoid eating junk food Eat plenty of greens Slowly reduce the intake of fat foods Do exercise: walk 4 kms a day and increase to 5 or 6 If facilities are there, do swimming for 1 hour Do meditation for 1/2 hour (suspend the thoughts from mind) Do yoga Drink 3 litres of water everyday (2 in the morning) Please give me the feed back after 15 days. People come to you for consultancy.

well,stop eating junks...skip a few meals...work out...if u feel hungry drink lots of water but dont starve urself..have in little amounts...before a main course meal drink lots of water
