If nothing else, I try to at least drink 8-10 cups of water a day and make sure I'm getting a bit of activity whether through walking or some other mild exercise. I also try to eat my 5 servings of fruit or veggies every day. Sometimes these things don't happen, but as long as I'm always trying, that's better than nothing!

hello rohmatsw...I know that water is so good to our body. But sad to say that i used to drink during meals only and forget it the rest of the day..I just realized now when i had kidney trouble. No,its not yet that serious,I just need to increase my water intake..so my advise is drink water, lots and lots...it will drain all the toxic from your body...its what im doing now...
