Are you are a supporter or op-poser of capital punishment? By capital punishment, i mean death sentence on any conviction of a violence crime as in this case 'murder'. If you a supporter, what is the reason behind your support and do you think capital punishment should cover more violent crimes or just murder conviction?? If you oppose capital punishment; what make you feel otherwise and in your opinion, what is the best alternative punishment for a violent crime like murder. Your personal opinion is very much appreciated and thank for sharing with us your view in this discussion topic of crime and law.

In my opinion I think capitol punishment should be an option for the judge to impose when a crime is so hanous and out of the ordinary that it warrants it. As in child serial killers and such. But in a lot of case life in prison is a good one too. It really depends upon the situation and the degree of violence and so forth.

I just think that if a crime is of a very bad nature there should something the judge can evoke that is more than the law allows. Know what I mean. And this would be it.
