Hair loss.

So, I hear that the most common reason for hair loss is stress. I've got plenty of it. But I just don;t feel like just stress alone can make my hair fall out. I know that diet does a lot to your hair also. That is something I need to work on. But besides that, how can I get my old, thick hair back? (I'm not even that old, I'm 36.) I find it hard to style lately, because its so thin at the scalp, and plus, its short. Its wavy and black. Any help here? What can I eat or what can I put in it to make it grow? Thanks so much!

I recently read an article where they asked women to check for thyroid, one indicator being hair loss. Check it out you never know. Hope this helps.

Yes, I recently went to the hospital about this, and the 1st said it was overactive. Then I went to a 2nd, they said there was nothing wrong. I don't know what's going on. I have the symptoms of an underactive thyroid, but they say thats not it.

Well true, stress is one reason for hairloss, am not good at treatment for hair, But if we concentrate, we can manage it by handling stress. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation, to release pressure on head.
