do you drink soda??

i like soda and i usually drink coca cola here in our house but i can't drink soda when i'm in the house of my friends because i feel like there is an air in my stomach and suddenly released the air haha and it smells like in heaven hahaha kidding!
so i always drink water or juice when i go out with my friends but i can drink soda with my family. sounds weird but i don't know why..

I don't regularly drink soda, because I don't crave it. We only drink it when there's an occasion, which is not so often. So I think we only have it once or twice a month, or even not at all. I prefer cola or Sprite. :-) But we're usually fine with water. Soda is one of the unhealthiest drinks out there because of its sugar content.

yeah i agree it will cause diabetes. but of course i drink a lot of water than soda.

I rarely drink it.Taking too mush of carbonated water is not good for the body.it is better to limit the use of soda.

yeah that is why i usually fart every time i drink soda because of a lot of carbohydrates in my stomach. i only drink here in our house.

I occasionally drink Sprite- cranberry twist. but mostly I drink bottled water or flavored water. also occasional I drink code red Mountain Dew. Other than those I drink juice and water a lot more than soda. I am glad my 5 year old son would rather have a bottled water over a soda. The only soda I know he likes since last year is code red Mountain dew. but since I don't buy it much he forgets he likes that soda and he don't ask for me to buy any. He likes renaming flavored water to his soda pop.

I like soda since I was 3 years old. But I know it can bring diabetes. So I drink less now.
I used to drink 3-4 cans a day, now restricting to 2 cans a day sometimes when I have heavy period I did not drink at all.
Urgh...
