Do you rate others discussions?

i haven't rated any discussion yet.But I have started now.Some of the discussions are really veryhelpful that even resolves our questions.i think twice before giving anyone a negetive remark and I always warn them before any remarks.
Have you ever rated any discussion?

Yes I do, I find many off the discussion very good. I never thought about many things earlier and now I have started thinking because of My Lot discussions.

Yes, I always rate others discussions - even if I didn't post on the discussion and only read I rate the discussions. Negative buttons I never use! I don't like to harm other people. And I rate not only the discussion, I rate each and every response that I have read and I liked to. If I didn't like the answer given by the other My Lot members I don't use the minus buton - I just leave the response without rating...

Shanrox, most of the newbies here don't know that it's not allowed to post referral links here and they do this because they didn't know the rules. I don't rate them with minuses. I just hit the '!' buton.

I do sometimes, if they make a good topic and have good points. It varies on if the topic can get others to get involved to make it really + worthy.

Yes I usually rate discussions but not all.My choice goes like this.
I rate the discussions started by a person if I respond to that discussion.
I rate all the responses to the discussion started by me.I usually don't rate negative to any discussion until its not worth ignoring or it is beyond the limit of decensy.

I will rate any discussion or response, that are quality. If they are one liners, I won't rate them at all. When I do rate them, I will rate positive, as we are all trying to have good ratings here. There are those that will rate others negative just because they want to, or don't agree. I guess that lots didn't agree with me as my rating dropped 8 points in one night, but I am not worried about it though, as I am doing my best and that is all I can do. People will just be mean and nasty to rate negative, but they can do that if they want to, but I will still rate positive. I still like mylot in spite of it, and I hope to be here for years to come. Good that most of you rate discussions here.As you have said about your rating ccame down, the same appened to me as well.I had a rating of over 7 after reaching my first 100 posts,later it just came to 4 and i didn't know how.Some of my mylot friends said that others might be reporting you simply.Now I am taking good care to my choice of responses.

YES, i do rate discussions. It is only polite, as all of us here really like to take part in it and it makes it even better, when you rate. I am glad to hear you've started. But i have never given a negative rating and i never will. I just do not like it. But we all have our own opinion and feelings about that. Have a nice day.

If I find something that I can use for guidance, or something that is valuable info, then yes I will rate it. Other then that I don't rate. I figure if its not any use to me then it's not my place to rate them. So far I have never had to rate anyone negative, I don't think that I ever would either. I feel as though the negative is being used wrongly most of the time.
