palmbux page not displaying?

anyone having problems with it? I coudln't view the site for 3 weeks then 3 days ago it worked and I saw they put up a new layout then I rented refs and the site isn't working again...I get "page cannot be displayed" the thing is I paid for my refs and I can't earn from them if I can't even access the site to click my own ads...anyone knows what's going on?
