if experience matter while getting job then why do IT sectors recruite freshers?

well this question do makes me think you know.....right from my childhood days i have heard that if you want a good job you need to be experienced but if thats the case then why do they give the so called pink letters to those who are experienced and recruite freshers for jobs??can you answer??

I always wondered about that. How are you suppose to get experience if you haven,t done the job. It is stupid, actually. I am glad to hear that they recruit freshers. That is the only way to learn how the job is done. People can me so idiotic sometimes.

well ya.i also thought about that......always they say you need experience but when the time comes they just fire those experienced people and take freshers for the job
