Help...I need your best weight loss tips

I have managed to pack on the pounds recently, about 30 lbs to be honest. I am not looking to crash diet, after all beach season is a good 5 months away at this point, but I need some advice. I walk my dogs every morning for about a half an hour, and I eat fairly decently. Guess with age my metabolism is slowing down and I need to be more careful, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly, you have to reject junk food and fast food. Secondly, sport if important. I think running is the best way to loose weight, but you have to continue for 40 minites every once. In your daily life, don't eat too full every meal, 80% full is enough. More vegetable and more fruit is better for your health. Maybe some Chinese green tea is also helpful to absorb fat.

I think I'm going to have to try the 80 percent full method you mentioned. I basically do everything else. My knees are too bad for running, but I think I am going to head to the gym and bang out 40 minutes on the eleptical everyday. Thank you so much for your advice.

Exercise out doors as far as possible. There are two advantages of doing whatever you are doing out side. have you tried he daniel fast? just search about it in the net and they will give you a hint..its good and not only loosing weights but improving your intimate daily walking with God.

u need to drink 8 glasses of water in a day, have exercise even running or merely walking.. and the important thing s do not eat too much.. i lose 1.4kg in one week by eating more vegies and fruits that junk foods and meat :D

The best way from my experiences is daily exercises.It is really usable.Running 30 minutes a day and keep it.Maybe twwo weeks later you will find youe weight is loss.
