Do you believe in 11:11?

I ever heard from my friends that kind of funny and weird believe into wish on certain things will bring good luck to the wishers. But i never believe in such a thing like we make a wish on the chosen combination of numbers, will bring good luck or our wish becomes true. I rather believe in myself in everything that i do then believe in numbers to help me solve my problems or my wish becomes true. Hope you don't put too much trust and believe into it. But, i wish you good luck in everything that you plan to do, my friend.

Honestly, I've never heard of that before. And that's not so stupid at all. I think I don't believe in any stupid superstitions nowadays, like refraining from cutting your fingernails during the evening or your mom's gonna die, or playing in the rain when you have your period or you're gonna go insane. Those things I don't believe in, but I do believe in wishing during meteor showers. It gives me hope combined with the delight of seeing them sparkle in the nightsky.

it is the first time i've heard of 11:11. so far, the only weird thing i adhere to that makes sense to me are some feng shui principles. like 5-6 pieces of each type of clothing. it makes me save and helps me buy quality, however expensive, brands that may come along...

I don't think that what a person beieves in is stupid. Life and everything that surrounds it has a meaning. I think i numerology that 11:11 am or pm means that the universe is opening up and you are suppose to think of what you want to come true mainly have it on your mind or keep saying whatever you want to come true for that whole minute until 11:11 changes to 11:12

Never heard this before but I'm quite indifferent to things like this. I think I can do my wishing any time of the day for better luck, whether 3:31 am or 7:41 or 15:04 anytime. Its like the lottery, you always think positively no matter what your number is and whether you have no idea whats combination that win, you still believe in it. But in order to make things happen I have to use my head of course and not rely on any halfbaked methods.

I know what you mean about not believing in it but still making the wish anyway. I do the same thing whenever I get the larger half of the wishbone or whenever I am successfully able to peel a madarin orange in one continuous piece. After reading this I will probably be making wishes at 11:11 too...

It is a new thing heard...I shall definitely be giving it a try and decide for myself the verity of the belief. Thanks.

This is the first time I heard about that myth . I only do wishes when I am about to blow the flame on the candle of my cake. Wishes on that area is a tradition. However, i want to know if the wishes wish during 11:11 pm happened. Things happen for people because they do something about it. They take action. Like when you dream of having a car, it is not like any magical movie that in just a snap of a finger it will be there in front of you. You must work hard to have it, or you need to have a boyfriend who is a millionaire.

I never heard of that particular superstition. However, I will add it to my growing list of wives tales. Since I believe all superstitions started somewhere about something, I try not to tempt fate. For instance: I don't walk under ladders, put a hot on the bed, put my purse on the floor, I knock wood and toss salt over my shoulder... Hoping I don't break a mirror anytime soon.

Oh, it`s the first time I hear about that! Well, superstitions always sound interesting as a random fact to know. More popular knowledge for my personal book . I`m trying to think of something like that in my country to share too, but nothing comes to my mind in this moment. Maybe we just don't have

haha! it's a funny question but interesting :) no i don't believe in wishing on 11:11. Instead of waiting for the time to be 11:11, I will just pray. Praying is more certain :) I also know a myth like that. It's when your car goes on an underpass, you need to hold your breath while wishing. You should hold your breath until the you reach the end of the underpass! They say that if you do this, your wish will come true :))
