Decreased in mylot Population...Good

Philippines

Why? why? why? Simply because it doesn't really tell if every new member becomes active on and on. only a few new members stick around and do mylotting for many months. besides inactive new members chokes on those who are active. "The rest Joins and then leaves like nothing happened" I have two annoying referrals who just joined and then did nothing in their accounts. that reminds me, i have request admin to have them deleted. i don't like empty referrals. I think mylot should just separate those who are online and off line in the "mylot population" so that we get to see who's online or not and not chasing GHOST USERS.

Yeah, it is better to have a small active percentage of my lotter so their would be a lively interaction than having to mix up inactive discussion made by inactive members just clogged the site. It have been propose for a long time to have a chat box where member could see who online but many reject could it only defeat the forum purposes of this site. in terms of referrals I have 2 who are just sign up and do nothing since it is already discuss in GAA discussion before to let us member have the capability to delete our own inactive referrals which I think is still under negotiation.

Hello Neelianoscet, Negotiation? are you kidding me? if they really wanted to, they could have already done that. and you see the quizzess feature they did that after a day or two. we can always asked the admin everything and that includes deleting our inactive contacts. it's only fair recently that the admin hasn't done any of it. probably i should asked for it to see if they will respond and delete my inactive referrals.

Hi Letran! Youhave only 2 inactive referrals? I have three pages of them Most of them have not done anything and they just clutter the place up. I doubt that they ever intended doing anything much at all and when they saw that they had to do something they just got frightened and left

Hello Aunt D. Well, not really that inactive but knuckle heads who just joined and left. i got others who are inactive but made a lot of post when they joined under me. and waht's to be frightened about since this is a friendly paying site, i think. i believe admins been deleting inactive newbies lately. that's good.

Hi Letran. That's not a bad idea, separating the inactive users from the ones that are active on here. But do you really think admin will go for it? I guess there is only one way to find out. You can present it to them and see what happens. You'll never know unless you try, right? Good luck!

I have the thinking of is there a Mylot required population? I want to delete those inactive too but I want that job to be done with the Mylot admin because they have the right to delete them anyway. I can delete some on my list that are inactive, but I can't delete them on Mylot forever. or Mylot should have a note like this that "two to three months inactive result to deletion of accounts" note. anyhow, all of my referred members are not active here in Mylot, I don't know what is got into their heads of joining Mylot anyway.

It may be climbing to 200,000 but yesterday it had only 40,00 active members it shifts sometimes to 60,000 but NEVER anywhere near 200,000. It's estimated worth as a website is a whopping $519,139.50 Check the following link

Hello again Grecy, I don't think there is any limit, but i noticed it's not climbing to two hundred thousand. you know there was this one time where i have actually asked the admin to delete my inactive referrals but they did, not any more which i wonder why. i guess most people think they can fit in and when they realized that it's boring, that's the time they leave or quit.

This would be a good challenge, i was referred by a pal, but my pal left mylot, i really don't know what is the reason, when asked, he said, that it is little boring. i have to agree with him, because, i started a discussion , but mylot deleted it without informing me, i don't know what had happened? They have done this to me many times, i had a healthy discussion with 35 responses , but suddenly it was gone.. What do u tell abt this???? No offense were written in that discussion..It was neat and clean... I know u would ask for proof, i have screen shots of my deleted discussions, i always take a screen shot after i start a discussion.. This is also a major reason for decreasing population, where they are about to lose an active member who has 950 posts

Hello gunagohan, They are deleting inactive users, that's what i think. well, why not you should show the uploads in your comments so that i would read them. ibelieve it's in the TOS that mylot has the right to delete your post, but that's nothing compare to what they did to me, i had more than three thousand post and just like that they actually suspend my account and then got deleted. they could have just deleted my topic but instead they put my entire account down. am starting over, too bad your friend got bored. as for your last statement, they wouldn't care, it's just they see people come and leave

MyLot is heaven for those looking for an easy backlink. That's why you'll see so much people joining leaving their url behind in their profile maybe make a crappy post or two for some internal link juice and leave.

hello dianmania i don't know what's on their heads. but you know, if i knew this site way back 2005, it would have give me reason to do more internet for somethign than nothing. i would have convinced even my brother to join in since it's relatively free. too bad for them and it's their lost.

When I joined myLot it had 47,000 member now the total numbers have sky rocketed. However I believe that if they were to list member who had been active in say about the last six months the number would drop drastically. Personally I do not watch the numbers as I really do not care or have referrals but I do go to my friends list ever six months or so and delete all who have not been active.

Hello whiteheather39, wow, really and it thought it was way over one million, at least some rumor that i have read here, i should known it sooner. your idea sounds cool to me there, maybe i should do the same since ihave so many friends in the list that i am not even sure which one is truly active here. but i don't think deleting the seniors is a good idea since i have been looking for them since i got this new account.

i dont have any refferal. roniroxas is the one who invited me here but she didnt let me join under her name. she said i can join for free not under her name. she does not want to suck in a few of my pennies...isnt that cool. har har har. i guess i miss a lot of quality members here. i just dont know if you know them too. i no longer see perspective around, oceantiara, cheapricorn, roniroxas, bombshell, minnie 98214 and a lot more than i can not remember right now. these are the members who are helping me when i was just starting. and not seing them is a big lost.

i also have a few referrals and it can be counted with fingers who are active. but as of this moment, i don't see one who came back here to post, in almost two months now. it could be good for the remaining members who are active, if we will talk about earnings. but there could be some problem with the site, why members are going, after taking time to register and done nothing.

Hello there Neil, Hows your son is doing? well, i think they got a very first bad impression on this site or simply it's not in their cycle of interest. so far i got a few active referrals being active and inactive lately. my referrals increase a bit but that goes for inactive referrals. the problem is with them, they simply didn't like it and then leave. that's there problem neil, too bad they couldn't get a good grasp on this kind of forum or discussion site.

I know I haven't been on here for a few weeks, and I think sometimes that is just how it goes - I've been sick, had surgery, had other things to do, etc.....but I always intended to come back and get going again on here. Thats different though, I think, to people who have been inactive for six months or whatever.

Some of them have join because doing an offer from the GPT site, I ever seen the task to join Mylot. The task is only join with Mylot with the task creator as the referrer and they just need to post couple time to get approve. Also, some of them join because asking by their friends and didn't have a good guide. Many reason that thing can happen.

Hello Devilova, I think i have seen some websites like that, offer a task and then earn a dollar for simply joining to a site and then just leave after they get a specific amount. I, one the other hand i didn't get a good guide from my upline and he had the nerve to still send me referral links. well, too bad he's not that active anymore.

Allice the admin is slowly working on the issues, but you should really post in her discussions on the right interest catagory so she can ake a note of the changes. People will come and go, and there is always going to be someone knew. So.... you just have to deal with the good and the bad.
• Philippines
26 Jan 10
Hello Kaylachan, well, am glad the admin is really taking this ghost problem seriously. i see that the mylot population is fluctuating, and not continiously increasing to two hundred thousand. but your right, maybe i should take this issue with alice but she's been really not that active for more than a week. well, you're right i shouldn't complain that much.
26 Jan 10
that's right pellet boy, those inactive referrals are nothing more than just seek and leave in an instant. but why bother yourself with the mylot population when you can do something else. you should just focus on what you think and say every day, and i mean focus not lagging around

Hello rebel wow, you talk to me as if you're my mentor or something. well, it's not good staying here and sitting around that i needed to stand up and do some stretching. because the last time i experienced one hell of a back pain and i don't wanna go through that again. as for you can probably post in other topics since you seem to be smart person.

I think this notion makes a lot of sense. I know there must be people who joined essentially for the same reasons I did, namely on a friend's referral and to learn more about the system. I let my own membership just sit for quite awhile because I had too many other things going on to make money, so I didn't have time for this. Now the situation has changed, and I found I had to actually reapply. I'm good with that. Some of these discussions are interesting, and I'm willing to do it for the social outlet. The money's certainly not enough of a draw to me at this point.

Hello blumus, Reapply for what? here? discussions are interesting but i really really don't get your point. what are these sites that you say you're good at earning money with? and social outlet? men, can you simply just talk like in layman's term or something. well, you just got here so i welcome you to mylot. hope you don't end up like one of our users, who actually took this site seriously

I think only your referrals can come in and delete their accounts. But I've referred people and they haven't gotten active here. Too bad, some of them are people I really like and I think they'd have fun here, but they've chosen to go elsewhere. I don't really worry about it.
