Commenting after three years.

I just now saw a very strange thing in one of the forums. A member who has started a discussion about three years back, had received a response about the same time, and yesterday after three years, he has come back and given a comment on that response.If you do not believe me check up in the Viagra forum ( Yes there is a forum for viagra also in mylot.)
Dont you feel it is quite strange, that a member goes away for three years, and then comes back and gives the comment on his discussion. Has some thing like this happened in your experience ?

Sometimes a member posts a discussion and nobody answers for three years. Perhaps a new member sees the discussion and it appeals to him or her. An member that joined four years ago might looks at his or her unresolved discussion and add some comments. It might be three years after the other member wrote their response that they got a comment. Sometimes a best response might be added two years after the My Lot member has started his or her discussion.

I have learned that there is no rhyme or reason to many a thing which happens on here and a discussion long forgotten getting a response from the owner after 3 years in many ways doesn't surprise me. It's just one of those quirky things which makes myLot such a strange alternative world to while away a few minutes, hours or even days in some cases.

I dont feel anything strange..maybe he was inactive and when he came back...he must have read his old discussions and responses to it and felt like commenting..sometimes here also at mylot, someone digs out our old discussion and responds to it after long time...so naturally the member would have come there after long time..and commented on his own discussion...i don't feel it that strange...

I know, I have received responses even for discussion which were 9 to 10 months old, but three years is some thing which I have never seen.

Hi ramesh, and why were you foraging round in the viagara discussions in the first place, don't you get enough emails about it to keep you happy? I hope people don't start coming back to their really old ones where I've commented as I usually write complete drivel to amuse myself.

Yes commenting upon a discussion that was started about 3 years ago and receiving the response for the same at the same time is somewhat a strange and peculiar thing according to me

No the discussion was started about three years back, and there was a response at the same time. That was the only response for the discussion, and the discussion starter has given his comment only after three years.
