Is it just me, or is junk food super addictive... ?

I just love it so much. Whether it's sweet, salty or greasy, I just can't stop! I've tried going healthy so many times but I always fail :( I do alright for a few days but then, I crave junk so bad. Plus, it's so much easier to go to the drive-thru, especially with my work schedule, which is weird and always different. They all say that people looking to lose weight should stay on some sort of schedule, but with my job, it's impossible. Does anyone else have this problem? And does anyone have any advice/tips on how to succeed?

It can be! I have that same problem. What I do is not keep it around or keep healthy sweet alternatives-say watermelon, popsicles (35 calories or so) or 10 calorie jello's...I've heard that it takes 2 full weeks to reset your eating habits, and after that you won't crave it. I was told to try the South beach diet..it's supposed to be the best in helping reset your cravings. Could it be possible though that you're eating out of nervousness? I know that's one of my problems. Us women have that hormonal thing that causes us to crave these things. I'm in trouble from the holidays-so I'm currently trying slimquick to pop off those 8 lbs from overindulgence in chocolate cherries :-O

I definitely do eat when I'm nervous (or bored), and it's hard to stop that, althoug I've been doing different hobbies and that seems to help. It's also difficult when I'm working, and if I forget my lunch or don't have time to make one, all there is available is the greasy canteen or junk food in the vending machines. I seriously need to stop being so lazy and just shapeup!
