Hi, tundeemma. Because they are just too lazy to go out and buy their own phone. They would rather use someone else's phone for their benefit. This is wrong and they should be caught stealing someones phone. If my cell phone was lost, I would just call my cell phone provider and say that it has been missing. People can get a hold of someones cell phone and run their bill all up. And when they do get their bill, they have all these unknown charges that are on it from the thief. It is just so shameless!

It is always best to not have a sim card.. This makes it easier for someone to just steal your cell phone. But, that is hard to not have this device because a person will not have any control over when their phone will be stolen.

It is sad that people are having their cellphones stolen but that hasn't been the case where I live. It's mostly because the cellphones people use around here don't have sim cards so there really isn't much use in stealing someone's cellphone. Someone on my room left her Iphone in the bathroom and when she came back to find it, it was still there.
