Fantasia: Is She Really So Fantastic?

Fantasia has a bestselling book and a Lifetime movie. Does she really deserve such attention. Is her life really a model to live and learn from? Does she sound good singing anything other than Summer Time? What do you guys think?

she's ok...seemed she had a hard life though...wonder what happened to her movie.

It came out on Lifetime. Played for three days in a row if I recall right. Knowing Lifetime, it will definitely be playing again. Probably around Christmas time. Lifetime has a habit of showing sad based on true stories dramas around that time of year.

I was never impressed by her. I didnt want her to win on American Idol, I was rooting for the other girl Diana.

I haven't either. I have read excerpts online and I saw the movie on Lifetime. I liked the movie somewhat. I am avid reader, but don't have plans to read her book. :-)

Dont know to much about it, but I hear she sure sings summer time really good.
