How many of you actually clip or print your coupons, remember to bring them to the store, and use them. I always forget to bring them with me. Or by time I remember I have a coupon for that item, it has expired. But I am going to try again tomorrow(Saturday). I printed, cut them out and put them in my pocketbook. Should not be any excuse for not using them. Hopefully I will be able to save some money.

I have been using coupons for 20+ years. In fact, it's such a habit now that if I go to a store without them, it's like I forgot my wallet and money. I have yet to get a grocery bill of $102.53 down to $2.16 (like you always hear in the testimonials), but I do accrue substantial savings. Back before gas jumped up to $3-$4/gal., what I saved in coupons paid for my monthly gas expenditures with change left over.

When I was more faithful for using them, I think I saved about $50.00 once on my bill. During these times, every cent helps. I have got mine already to go, so maybe today I might do good with them.

$50! Good for you. I use coupons in conjunction with customer courtesy cards, double- and triple-off specials, weekly sales -- cents add up to dollars. Some of the grocery stores in my area will print the % saved at the bottom of the receipt, and others give a running total of savings for the year. I'm not proud, I'll whip out a coupon in a minute! Good luck on your shopping venture today.

Not really... I wouldn't mind using them but I always end up forget to bring them along with me to the shops!

That is what usually happens to me. The other day, I printed, cut and put them in my purse so I will have them.

Yes to all the above. I just recently started printing coupons. Our store didn't take them until recently. I have a nice file box that I file all my coupons in and I take it everytime I got shopping. You can really save a lot of money using them. If you are lucky to have a store that doubles your coupon that's even better. Our store doubles up to .99 so I really like coupons under a dollar. The secret is to find a super deal on a product and then look for a coupon to use with it. I buy as many of a good deal as I have coupons for. My pantry is stocked with lots of free or nearly free stuff. Have you thought about buying coupons on ebay? I've done it a couple times for porducts that would end up free with the coupon. Good Luck tomorrow.

That is great about your store doubling up to 99 cents. Ours does only 50 cents. But they have a fuel perks program, for every $50.00 you spend you save 5 cents per gallon on gas. Today they are doubling that to 10 cents per gallon. You can let your savings build up, I cashed mine in a couple of weeks ago and filled up my SUV for $5.00. That was a great savings.
