But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Some people are looking at this scripture in new light and meaning as they look at the current world around them. It used to be understood that it meant nothing more than people will be going on with their normal lives and get a big surprise at Christs return. Now people are looking at the days of Noah and the things that were going on and maybe why Noah was considered perfect. It used to be that people considered Noah to be all that and a bag of chips as far as being righteous but they now think that maybe the perfection that was being talked about was not a spiritual perfection but a gene pool perfection of what humanity is. In the days of Noah it speaks of a mixture of human genes with the genes of the the angels who came down to earth and took women as their wives. The same people that see it in this sense instead of the other way say that things like non-organic genetically altered foods and the manipulation of species using current science may be a bigger sign than any of what Jesus was talking about. For those of you who don't know about what I am talking about there is a whole world of research and changes going on right under our noses like the goats with spider DNA that are used to make body armor from their milk or plants that are being raised with live virus and a mixture of other DNA. Of course the worlds ruling elite are eating organic food (regular) while we seem to be fed this garbage. What do you think? Is there a connection? If you don't think there is a coincidence do you think that altering DNA in food is for our benefit?

I think science & spiritual don't mix.Yes, altering DNA in food is for our benefit because it's another source we can get our food supply.Noah days it is abnormality in mixture of human genes with the genes of the angel. It produce giant people. It's only our imagination. Food gene Vs Human gene with angel gene. This is abomination.

I view it as rather 'frankensteinian' myself.. I never thought of it being related to the gene stuff going on pre the flood, that's very interesting. - There's also how they are taking traits out of things, til there's only one type or variation of a fruit or vegetable and one type of seed, stronger than all the others which wipes out the others. Which makes it if there's a disease or enemy that kills it, that type of fruit or vegetable will be overcome and totally disappear.

Thanks for the reply. I hadn't read about that. You have to wonder some time at what these people are thinking when they do some of the things they do. It goes to show even scientist sometimes lack a lot of common sense.
