Mostly in winter season we face the problem with our heels we feel pain also sometime. I think we mostly work standing and walking so that we face this problem, Heal spur isthe name of this problem. And in winter cracks comes in our heels what we should do I wear shoes all the time when i work standing and walking, if we have got crackes in our heels we should use and tubes which are special for heel. If you are feeling pain then you can use anti inflammatory medicines to relieve your pain. In this winter first time i am facing problem of cracks because i have not got much time for myself because h aving little baby. do you also face this problem in winter.

Yes unfortunately I have this problem with my left foot at the present. It's not really a big problem and it'll go away again when the warmer weather comes. I just tend to ignore the pain which is not very great really.

Thanks for this valuable information. My husband has this problem a lot. Any pain I feel in my heels has to come from standing up too long, and the way my feet point. They're deformed because of bunions, and twisted out a bit (they point outwards in a V instead of pointing forward like the number 11), my feet hurt in odd ways, mostly my heels from the pressure, and my bunions from tight shoes.
