Hello, whats the name of the company of memory card. Which cell phone do you use? I am giving some tricks for Nokia mobiles.Hope you have a Nokia Mobile. Firstly, you need to install FExplorer, a free file manager that allows us to browser through s60 file system. Next, launch FExplorer and then browser to C:\System Folder. There is a file, called mmcstore. Rename the file to mmcstore.txt and then open it.Your password must be several characters at the end of the file.

This is reasonably common problem, the thing is that if it already has a password it will be difficult to retrieve any information without using a different cell phone as this discussion on Nokia supporte site shows http://discussions.europe.nokia.com/discussions/board/message?board.id=accessories&thread.id=5243 I once had a problem on my SD card I was able to with a card reader access it through my computer retrieve most of the information(some was lost), remove the password and clean it out and reuse it. I must note that I had a different model phone, an old one that is why I risked it. If it has important things on that you want to save, try a Nokia service maybe they are able to clear it up without damaging what is stored on your card. Hope everything works out for you.
