how about trying to add a fresh squeeze lime juice to your water, this will help to detox your body and this drink is also called alkaline water...if it doesn't work for you try isotonic water...

I was going to suggest the same with lemon or oranges it will add detoxing effects and give your water flavor without adding additional sugar or sodium.

Welcome to mylot Many don't like to drink plain water, some mix lemon juice and sugar and a pinch of salt, so it has a salty sweet taste, give it a try friend, i am sure you will like that.. Thanks for sharing. Welcome always, cheers. Professor. .

I really love to drink water so I don't have this problem. But for a change of pace I like to add True Lemon to the water. That is so good. It isn't lemonande. But instead it is like you added a lemon wedge to your water. Makes it very refreshing. It is doesn't cost very much either. I got my box of True Lemeon at Walmart. I believe they also have True Lime. Best to you! And drink your water, it is good for you. :)

Use something like Crystal Light. It still gives you the benefits of water and only has 5 calories and no sugar. Some of the juice things make the water not good for you. Make sure it isn't putting in to much sugar or calories and give it some more taste!

Hi cafemocha! oh why is that? It is hard to replace water with other beverages. I don't think that mixing a powdered juice on your water will be a great option. We need water in our body and there is a required number of glass that we should take for us to be healthy. Water for me is tasteless and I don't find any "odd" taste into it. Have you tried drinking other types of water (like mineral water, alkaline water, distilled water, purified water?) aside from the one that you have at home? Because in my case, I really don't like the taste of some mineral waters. There is something that I don't like about it. If you like, you can check on "water plus". It is a brand of flavored water here in the Philippines. It comes with four variants such as grapes, lemon, orange and apple. It is a water with some added minerals. It was actually clear as in what water should looked like. But it has some flavors on it. happy lotting!

water is best in its own taste. there's nothing tastier than drinking water when you are thirsty...no other liquid can replace that taste. yeah we drink juices and all when we want to drink something but not thirsty. but the real taste of water lies in drinking it when thirsty.

yes - or fruit cordials. the only thing is these are high in sugar so be careful of this if you have diabetes or a weight problem.

Yeah, sometimes it happens when a person is not well. I would suggest you to compensate with juices with sugarfree so that you avoid putting weight or diabetes. Yeah sure mixing powdered juice with water is a good solution. If you are comfortable drinking it is a very good solution because human body needs 6 to 8 glasses of water nearly 2 liters.

How can you not like water? Drinking water is the best way to stay hydrated. Anyway, mixing it with powdered juice makes sense because it's still 90% water. You can also try gatorade or other water+juice solution as long as the water content is more than the juice.
