What Household Chore Do You Dislike The Most?

Just wondering what type of household chore that you most dislike doing? For me its
The Bathroom
The Dishes
I don't mind laundry or vacuuming I'll even dust (although it can be a pain as well sometimes because dust collects so quickly downstairs in the basement and I have a lot of knick knacks and figurines , I don't have to mop because my house is mostly carpeted but I don't like that one at all either .
Of course the bigger your house the more you have to clean I get my kids and my husband to help I used to do it all (as mothers often do) but haven't for a long time because I figure hey they live here too so everybody has to pitch in.
My kids were making their own beds since they were about 4 or 5 and helped clear the table after dinner and pick up their toys ect.. so that they would get a sense of cleaning up behind themselves but of course I would sometimes go behind them and do it a little neater sometimes not all the time because I didn't want them to think that they couldn't do it on their own.

Cleaning the bathroom.
For years I did most of the cleaning, which was really a dis-service to my kids. They are teens now and have to be told what needs doing. Due to health problems, the kids and hubby are doing more of the cleaning, but I still do what I can.

For me it's the bathroom! It's not that I hate doing it but it's my most disliked chore. But since I'm the only daughter and child I really have to do it. I always try to beg mom to just give me another chore instead of it but she always says I just have to love what I don't love. Well I'm just glad that she only meant that in household chores. :D

The household chores that I don't like is washing clothes & cooking because I am afraid to get burns from the hot oil & sore from washing the clothes manually.

The Bathroom! Specially when guests just left the house! It is a pain to clean the bathroom... The toilet more specifically!
After that, the Dishes would be just as bad... used to washing four persons? what about after a party of twenty? And no paper/plastic plates because you have
"green" friends! hahaha
Still giving me nightmares!

I hate mopping the floor,the most trouble part is wash and wring the top.It is hard and, I always use a lot energy but can not do well.

Hiya Cherry,
Dislike ironing above all others and I have found short cuts to avoid it if I can. I never ever iron socks or things like that. I don´t mind the other kind of cleaning too much but it´s hardly my favourite rave of the day either.
It all depends on the mood I get up in I sometimes think I´m not going to do the floors today see if they notice anything but up to yet I have not done that but someday I surely will. I tidy the garden outside too and no one notices that either.

The most hoursehold chore I don't like is cooking as I will sweat a lot after a dinner is being made and my face will not be a human any more, but I have no choice that I should cook for myself. I will be getting married next month and I have made a deal with my fiance. He will be responsible for cooking in the future and I will be in charge of washing the dishes and laundry. It is a happy ending for our household chore assignment.

Hello Cherry,I really don't like ironing ,gosh i don't think i can iron perfectly,i don't like the heat coming out from the iron and it make me bad when i force myself to iron my clothes when my housekeeper is not around or having a holiday and hav eme left alone at home. I can't help but to do a bit ironing but it i really can't do a good ironing,So i end up dragging my clothes to laundry shop.Aside from ironing i can easily every house chores without complaining. i definitely dislike cooking. i'm having a hard time memorizing all the ingredients needed..another chore that i dislike is cleaning the bathroom. i find it so gross...you can ask me to do any household chores except these two.

I hate mopping the floor! I don't mind being a cinderella and have to wipe the floor using my hands, but mopping makes things extra hard, especially when you have that very old-styled mop. I love sweeping and doing the dishes tho. My sisters are not into housechores, so I have to do it mostly on my own.
Once in a while, mom and I will do general cleaning, and it will get more fun to do it together, and yesterday, dad also helped us! It's fun to clean the house together ^^

The thing that I dislike most is scouring pots, I don't mind doing anything else, dusting, vacuuming, ironing, washing the daily dishes(actually one of my favourites chores, as I like the feel of the water) even spring cleaning. I like cleaning, though boring and time consuming, I normally have music or the television, or something to distract me so it seems to move quickly and I love seeing a clean neat house.
I think it is good that you allow your kids to do things for themselves, like chores, because when I was young my Mom would let me make my bed and would invariably have to make it again when I left but with time I got better and the same applies to all chores, so when I had to do things for myself I had an idea of what had to be done, it helped.

Most household chores I don't really mind doing. However, I would definitely have to say that the chore that I hate or dislike doing the most is doing the dishes. My husband doesn't like doing them either. We're students and therefore don't have a dishwasher. We have to wash all our dishes by hand and it's really something that we don't like doing. We hope that, eventually, we will be able to get a dishwasher. It's something that we would both like.

there are two chores that i hate doing... the dishes and the laundry... everytime i do the dishes i end up with that oval shaped wet spot right in the center of my tee shirt... and then my hands look like raisins... i dont even like raisins... and laundry takes sooooo long that it makes me tired... and hanging all the laundry makes my shoulders hurt and my back too... i hate doingchores period but that other stuff has to be done and it dont bother me as much as washing the dishes and doing the laundry...

Well that is a hard lot to pick from as I hate it all, lol. Maybe it depends on how much help one gets with others in their household, but if you feel like you are the only one ever doing all of the work, then it all becomes dreadful. If I have to pick just one, I would say cooking dinner if that counts as a chore because sometimes I just don't know what to make and that is the biggest part of the task.

Ever since I was a kid, I'd always find an excuse not to do the dishes. I don't know what's wrong with me, but I'd pretend I had stomachache or that I have to go to the bathroom just to get off this particular chore.
I don't mind cleaning the bathroom, or doing the laundry. It's just something that I'd rather not do.
