The people at home watch a lot of serials, or soaps. Many of them have repition of stories, the same scene in different location, different costumes. Sometimes even the dialog is very slow and makes the screenplay slow. But still people manage to watch it daily. Dont you get bored doing this? When are people going to make nice soaps? Enough of this boring stuff.

I think there boring. When my mom stayed at home she whould watch 'em for 3 or 4 hours straight. I guess they're addicting. But really, when you stay at home all day, with no internet, you can only clean so much, and what else is on daytime tv really? Maury Povich? Jerry Springer? Now, I'll admit I used to watch them when I had rain days, but they're just as boring as soaps, without the attractive people. PS My days get wasted on the internet.

But the amount of money got by these people is more, atleast they could spend some more to new ideas, rather than to concentrate on old subjects.

Ya the same old scandals with a new artist. And nowadays the way they portrait the family and relationship, it is something that is not safe for the future generation. The more people see these, they think this is latest, and this is the fashion, and try to follow it.

I don't really watch those soapies, they are booooooringggggg.Sure there heaps of good looking if somewhat old guys to ogle but the story line just seems so unexciting. Sure there has to be an audience for the network to be churning out that garbage,I prefer watching Desperate Housewives. Its a little soapy and a little hilarious. Why can't more shows be like Desperate Housewives?

The action oriented serials and soaps come out with latest stories, but the tradional serials keep mowing the same lawn. Is there a soap, that has a new storyline altogether?
