Time to say bye...

I hate to say goodbye especially when you already build a strong relationship. I was so tired in the company where i was working, i've been there for almost a year and a half. maybe i was tired because they don't value their employees. i mean that is the main reason. If you are in my situation, would you prefer to stay or leave?

personally i would leave the job after all if you hate the place your working at then that will lead to other problems in your life , but logicly speaking just make sure you leave knowing that you have somithing else lined up that you do love , after all there are times when you have to just deal with things to pay the bills and then there are times that you have a job but you donteven think of it as work but fun with a paycheck ;)
