how fast can you text in your cellphone?

I really hope we have a way of editing our discussion titles. I got it wrong the first time. Again, again, again.
Come on guys take out your phone and let's have a challenge. how fast can you type:
a quick brown fox jumped over a lazy dog
I'm not that of a texter so that took me 25 seconds. Let's try if this would be fun. The game's afoot.

yey!!! there's no price. but thanks for having fun with me. I'm practicing so later I can say that I can beat the 12-13 seconds.Good luck to be.

It took me about 12-15 Seconds on my iPhone.I believe ill be much quicker on my Bold 9700

It really depends. If I shortcut the words I can text really fast :) Depends too on the phone model. I'm faster in Nokia and iPhone :) If my text message is purely English I can text even faster using a T9 English Dictionary ;)

With my current phone that would take up close to a minute. But with past phones, I could do that in ten seconds or less. I'm very fast. Sometimes I text faster then I type on the computer and my computer typing was last clocked at 50/min I think. So I text much faster then I type. However, my phone is difficult and doesn't always space like it should or anything which proves to be a real headache. I hope to get a new one soon though.
