For me eating frequent fast food meals is not healthy anymore. According to National Heart,Lung, and Blood Institute(NHLBI)that eating frequent fast food meals will causes teens and young adults to gain more weight and face an increased risk of developing insulin resistance. Do you eat fast food meals everyday?

Alot and to many times, but lucky me i never had any problems with over weight...as a matter of fact i should need some extra kilos. For this reason i went to a nutritionist and i told her my way to eat and what kind of food i ussually eat.She was amazed that despite my meals I was still underweight. She said :The fact that you needed some extra kilos doesnt allow you "to move your kitchen into a fast'food".Some good tips i know about this problem are: -before meal with 30minutes eat a green apple so your stomach will feel more small(also recommanded for diabetics); -when you eat, enjoy your meal, dont eat it because you are hungry, enjoy each bite -secret #1 and it really works is that when you cook at home your own meal while you're cooking it,all the delicious smells going through your nose make your brain wanna eat less. Fast-food meals are deffently not good(ok maybe once in a while :D)

Of course its not healthy anymore. But when I was single back then I also have the habit of eating in fastfoods. But I think when I settled down I broke that habit for economic reasons. I think that also why I got this high sugar levels because of that past habit I got in my single years.

yup..i agree with you. Fast food is not good for health if consumed every day we'd better cook at home eat our own cooking. Because the food itself, we know the materials used and how we cook the food. health problems caused by fast food are not felt immediately but the time period in which such cancers. In this case we must be more smart choosing healthy or not.
