is my lot worth the effort?

hi, haven't been using mylot long and was wondering if it's worth it, what money can i be looking at a month, or it more just for fun really, i mean i have posted two discussions so far and not one person commented, so is it worth it? thanks for commenting, i'll make sure i get back to you

It all depends on how much effort you put in to your lot. I you dont like writing discussions the try answering some the are houndreds of topics to choose from. If you dont like writing discussions or anwering them than you could post pictures or do tasks. If you do not injoy any of these choices than Mylot my not make you much or any money. If you like making money by writing and posting pictures than you wont make any money. Well i hope i helped in some way good luck with your MyLot.

Both of your discussions were regional (probably limited in interest to UK TV watchers) and 'time limited' (both referred to a particular episode). You will find that you will more likely do better with more general discussions that would be likely to interest an international audience.
Read the Guidelines first to see what is and is not allowed; try to find discussions to which you can make quality responses so that you get the 'feel' of the site; if you have any questions about the way the site works, read the FAQs before posting the question. Anything that is answered in the FAQs is bound to have been asked frequently before, so is likely to be deleted for repetition.
MyLot is worth approximately what you put into it and exactly what you get out of it.

I think it's worth it. Not a lot of people respond to my discussions either, but I respond to other people's discussions. I like giving my opinion - I'm kind of talkative.
It helps if you have a lot of mylot friends and if you post in specific interests. Otherwise your posts can get lost in the torrent of other people's posts.

Depends on how you look at it. If you look at it from a money perspective and aren't really that much into discussions than most probably not. Sure you can make some extra money this way but I doubt that you will really enjoy doing this for a long time just for the money. You have to enjoy joining discussions or opening new ones..
