What will be the last thing to do before your sleep?

My last thing to do before i sleep is to go bathroom and sleep because if i forget to do , that night at sharp 1.00 clock i will wake up because my bladder will be bursting up.
So now tell me your's. Please be honest ..this is after all a discussions.

THe truth is, I have a list of things that i need to do before going to bed.
1) Check my email if there is anything urgent that i need to do tommorow
2) Check all the things that i need to do today, whether its done or not, If not i would put higher priority to that task
3) Drink some plain water,
4) Check My Text Messages for bla bla bla
5) Kiss my daughter goodnight in her sleep.
6) Brush my teeth
7) Ermmmmm Urinate ....
8) wash my feet
9) kiss my wife good night.
10) set the Alarm
Thats about all, its been a routine for awhile now. Got used to it and love doing it. All in just a few minutes. :)

Well if you say it takes me more than half an hour, well that what i did for years. provided that i already did all the task from my emails, my text message, and tick the checklist. Llike i said, i check my emails, well i don't check to do the task, but to plan for tomorrow, and for text messages, its for me to see if there are things that i need reply or to do before i got to bed.

Before going to sleep, i bross my teeth, go to the toilet, turn off my computer and wear my pyjamas. And when i'm laying on my bed, before fall slepp, i think to all the thing i do today and all the things i will do tomorrow (i planify my actions), i relax myself and good night!

The last think I do it put chap-stick on my lips. I can't live without it. I always need it otherwise I feel like my lips are shriveling up.

I always go to the bathroom just before bed, too.. Not really because I'll have a problem if I don't, but just because I've been doing it every night for years. It's just a silly routine I have.. Since my dad is working out of town, I check all the doors and turn off all the lights, except the porch light because it makes my mom feel safer. The very last thing I do before I go to bed, though, is text my girlfriend good night and tell her how much I love her. Then I spend each second until I fall asleep thinking about her..

I am not like you, So I have a different thing to do before sleep. Usually before I sleep I always watching a XXX movies cause that's make me fell better before I close my eyes................JOKES
SO before I sleep I always wash my foot and then have a pray to GOD for my salvation till tomorrow and that's thing always I do before I'm dying.

the last thing i will do is switching off my system and jumping into the bed directly and of course i drink water before going to bed .
