Can we create an email ID for a Firm instead of a person without creating a website?If yes ,in which website like yahoo.com or any other website.

You can make an email account for anyone. Lots of people have different email accounts. It will be better if you purchase your own domain so your firm's email address will be emailid@yourfirm.com.
