Do you ever hate snow or you just love it!

My hometown is the south part of china. When I was a kid, we seem have snow once every winter, but when I go to school it did't snow anymore, maybe several years have one tiny snow day. We have so much fun when stat snow, love play snowman and snow fight.
Before I came American, my husband told me this state have big snow every winter, I kind feel happy because I love snow. We have several snow day in winter 08-09, and I just love it, even I just stay home watch the snow fall down on our balcony. But this winter from december, we almost have snow every week, and not just snow is snow blizarrd, and sometimes it last for several days long. The weather reporter said we had more than 50 inch snow this winter. Now, snow again, I just hope this is a small one, because I can not take it anymore, maybe once a year is enough for me!
So do you love snow? or you hate it because you see it too much every year!

Well I was born and raised in a tropical country in the Caribbean, over there is very nice and warm, you can go to the beach in December if you want, then a couple of years ago I came to New York, and Oh boy, I experimented real cold, I was curious to see the snow, but I really was not every thrilled with the situation, and i really hate when we have those big snow storms that your car gets buried under the snow and then you can't take it out of the parking spot. I really don't like snow, I always miss the summer.

Hehe, sorry I cant help laughing and Im not laughing at you but at the situation. Usually we in Canada get most of the snow and people down south in the US dont get that much. Well it seems that this year, the tables have been turned and we didnt get that much snow and people down south have more than they bargained for. I know what it feels like as 2 yrs ago I think, we got SOOOO MUCH SNOW that my snowbanks in front of my house were higher than my house!!!!! I had never seen that much snow. So I guess this year its your turn to get snow.
PS: I heard on the news that China MADE snow a few weeks ago and they got quite a lot. So maybe its them making the snow now. On another note, we're having the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada and they have to truck in the snow from other places.

Yup, you're right. I can only hope they'll manage to get all the snow they need. They say they will. They're making artificial snow and trucking some from other mountains higher north.

Hi, shan0822. I would love to see some snow right about now.
I live in South Carolina and the town that we live in has not gotten any snow last year or this year. It was rumored that we was going to be getting snow, but we never did. So, I am still waiting to see if we will ever get any snow. The only time that I will get tired of snow is if it snowed too much just like where it snowed where you are located. I hope that you all can get a free year away from having snow. I am pretty sure that after a while it gets to be quite annoying seeing snow everyday.

i would like to have a snow once in a year because too much snow in a year is so unlucky season to me because you might get a cold or even don't want to take a bath..

I was very fond of snow.My hometown is also in the south of China,I have never seen snow when I was a child! But when I went to the university in the north, I just see the snow scene.At that time I feel very amazing.I like the feeling of snow,it is very beautiful,and I can play snowman and snow fight with my classmates,we're enjoy it very much!
It seems that your situation is terrible.Things will develop in the opposite direction when they becomr extreme. Well,I can only say sorry,but thing will become better........

Since I am in a state where we don't get snow, I love it. It's so rare and when we do get it, you will see adults out in the yard playing and having snow fights like kids do.

For me at dont like it when i already experience the snow in korea like my whole bone is chilling and freezing. before i was so excited to see a snow.. but when you finally experience how cold it is and you're always wearing thick coat everyday...you'll hate snow.

Hi shan0822, I love snow very much!! My hometown is the south part of China,I have never seen the snow until I was in college in the north.I was very exited about snow and my classmates think I was a little exited.I just love it,it's amazing!I like to go out when snow.There will be noise when step on the snow.Sometimes the snow is heavy and we had to use umbrella.Now, I am in the south,it's raining sometime.I begain to miss snow.

i lived in the philippines, well obviously it is a tropical climate and it didnt snow here. if im not mistaken, there are times that we experience snow and even hail but that was so long ago.. maybe i was not even born yet??!!! and when it did, for example it hails, then probably there is or there are really wrong with our country. i, perhaps every filipino dream of seeing a snow..

my home town is in darjeeling, when winter vacation should come we should feel very happy, i just loved playing with the snow fall when ever snow should fall i should run upstairs and feel very happy while seeing the snow fall but i reallyt loved the winter vocation

Hi, friend I love snow fall because i belong from north east of India where snow falls every winter. I really enjoy month of December because sonw falls during that time. I used to make snow balls and play with my friends.

I pretty much always hate it. I live in the tundra of Michigan and it gets pretty bad here. I'm not really a big fan of any winter sports or activities though so that might be part of my hatred for the snow. I just can't really enjoy myself while I'm freezing and would much rather hibernate during the winter.

Well, I live i the middle of the desert, so anytime we actually get snow, I love it. It snowed last year one day, for about 30-40 minutes. Before that, it's probably been at least 6-7 years since we got any snow at all.
We do get snow in the mountains, and we just got some up there last week. Everybody I talked to was so excited to see snow when you look at the horizon. It's really rare around here, so it's nice when we do get it, but I can totally understand how if you were around it all the time, it would get old.
I wouldn't want to deal with snow everyday outside my door. I think it's nice that it ever sows here, because it makes it special when it does.

It certainly makes for a pictoresque and fairy-tale like scene, but as for the snow itself, I hate it. It slows me down, makes me more cold than I would like to be, and is just an all-round nuisance in general

I like to see the snow 2 or 3 times a year.That's would be OK.But if it last too longer,it would be cold and unconvenient to waik outside.This winter,many places have snowed in China and Beijing snowed for several times that different from years before.
