do you know why did I say like that because I already have girlfriend.......so before she tells me I love you she should know my background if she enquirs about me she will definetly come to know that I already have girlfriend.... then also she says I love you so I said like that....... and if she doesn't enquiry about me and she says I love you, I don't like that kind of person,, so I blast her.... lol

Interesting discussion indeed. My worst response will be "I love you too".... lolzzz. Just kidding.
Well, if I don't feel the same about her then I will certainly make it clear to her, but it depends on the person. If her feeling is quite genuine then I would say, "I really feel fortunate about being loved by such a nice person like you. I can love you deeply, as I love my dearest and closest ones and will definitely stay by your side forever. But I don't want to make upset. I am really not in a position to have a girlfriend right now."
I think love is a serious thing and it shouldn't be taken lightly. But of course if the person is not so serious about what she is saying my answer will be a straight, "forget it".

i would just say i have no such thing on you . sorry for this and i would that we can just be friends .. i have seen one of the replies from my friend . this happened when we were studying 10 grade and a girl in my clas said i love you to my friend . . . . his reply is the following " we have come to school just to study and not to love . please go and study in the time which you have spent to say i love you . . if you continue this i will tell your to your mom about this " .. this is the worst response i have seen and this is the worst you could see anywhere

I guess it really depends on the person and the situation, I'm shy so it would probably be like "Umm... Okay..." *LONG PAUSE* "err.." then I'd fidget, after that haven't a clue what I'd do.
