Are teachers better guides than mothers?

If you consider the life of a teacher she is trained and is a trainer.A mother on the other hand is both. The question is who does the child feel free to respond to? Does it vary with age, class, peers? Can mothers be friends better than teachers and vice versa? Do all teachers have a tender approach?

Does that mean that teachers are incapable of love n affection? Won't teachers try to protect? Well, probably is it that the strategies adopted by the teacher vary from that of the mother? Or is it that teachers distribute their attention 2 more than one and that is why appear to be more ... less-protective? can u please expatiate on the above?

I think a mother is a better teacher because she is more emotionally connected with her child and she knows more about her child then a teacher who has to deal with up to 30 children at a time. A child may listen to a teacher better because they are taught that and most teachers command it and they know they will be in trouble if they don't listen..Mothers can guide there children well..

Thank u. u cd gv me a bettr ans than others. I would like to ask u that is it out of some kind of an xtrnal pressure always that a child has to cope up? Is it that the child's learning stops with listening alone or mugging the entire thing up? In such cases what can the teacher do to prove herself worthy of her profession? I ask this becoz we definitely cannot rule out the fact that the teachers are less emotional... what varies is the share of the emotion the child receives on the basis of performance.Won't emotion alone be an impediment in the natural growth of a child 4 what is life without discipline?

teachers are much better trainers.. as they dont have mother's feeling which stop a kid to learn.. mothers can be friend but cant be a teacher of own kid..

What I understand is that u have had fallen in strict hands when at school and so ur dreams and aspirations remained unfulfilled. If u r a male u musthave sought refuge in ur mother....the same applies even if u r a girl. Teachers vary as do students. But it is not that they lack motherly feeling,it only requires a bit of experience, patience and tolerance. If teachers r better trainers then u have to take into consideration, the fact that they have to tackle many students at a time and not just one. Moreover better trainers hone on discipline and even some of the mothers can be better trainers esp if they are working. Do u agree?
