No matter how cold it gets.......

My cat is obsessed with windows in general. Sunlight or not she has to be around a window so she can look out it. However I have noticed that no matter how hot or cold it is she'll plant herself in the window where all the sun is. She'll lay there until the sun moves and then she'll get up to move too.

cats are smart, get warm while the sun shines, because the night will be cold and dark besides, the mice aren't going to be as active during the day when they can be so easily seen.

Sunlight is the source of energy.It gives life.Every living creature likes sunlight.My cats with the dog like to be in the warmth of the sunlight.It refresh the beings.cats clean them selves .It is natural cleansing .

Natural sunlight provides a natural light source for the cats. They get warmth from it regardless of the weather. I know my cats love to get in the window behind the blinds. They get the best heat there. THeir favorite is the sliding glass door of our porch. We can't let them out on it because they both have claws and while they are both fixed we don't need them attrmals. Other people's pets have killed animals here before. Plus we don't want the smallest having the desire to get out.acting attention of unwanted ani

Yes cats really do enjoy sitting in ny place to get warm. My cat cuddles with my dog in a cage in the grage all day. They both stay warm like that and also the dog has a bet down at the barn and the cat and him sleep togethr at night. They really took a likein to each other. Dogs also like to stay warm in the sun. My Jack Russell's will sit in the sunlight until they are so hot they are panting and they still don't move to the shade. Funny animals!
