How profitable is becoming a Mary Kay or Avon representative?

for avon it cost only $10 to start and it is profitable if you make it profitable! see you have to sell and not wait for someone to come to you! (same goes for mary kay) It gives me extra money to spend and lot of people have made a career out of it and has made some good money! try it and see!
