What are those foods you wish to have in your dining table?

During my younger days, I hate veggies. But now I realize that nutrients needs our body to gain more resistance and function properly. Would you believe in a balance diet? For me yes, but these days there's a lot of foods are coming out in malls, streets, anywhere you go. You cant hide sometimes to be tempt on buying those foods. I wish to have veggies and fish weekdays and for the weekends raw meats, pasta and ice cream in your dining table.

Hi Ellayurim Since childhood, we were oriented and encouraged to eat vegetables. so even up to now we make sure that vegetable will be in our dining table for meals. Fish or meat there has to be vegetables on the table and of course fruits.

Hello MSFRANCISCO! Yah, it's nice to have nutrient foods in dining table. But older days mono sodium glutamate don't exist. They just cook there food naturally without artificial ingredients.

we young and old needs to practice healthy eating and veggies are one of them. you are right...there's so many instant foods now and it's really scary that soonwe will all suffer the consequences of regularly eating those junks. stay healthy friend!

Hi ellayuri, I must admit I'm not an avid fan of balanced diet, I get whatever I fancy without thinking of it's nutritional value. But I am also aware of the danger of not having them, that's why from time to time I would infuse some veggies in our meals. I am hoping that I can teach my kids to eat health foods eventually.
