New Mylot Version Problem: Can't stand changes

Hello mylot friends, I have an annoying problem. Under some circumstances I cannot stand changes. This time it is the new mylot site that gives me this problem. The changes aren't big enough for me to psychically to believe that it's a totally revamped site. I cannot find some buttons and that really eats me... Please react... :)

I hate change too. I think Mylots changes are good though. Yes somethings are in different spots but what makes a site better some times is the upgrades. I haven't used all the functions yet but cant wait to mess around with them and see what all can be done now!

We will get used to it Christina. A lot of things we wished for have now been realized and that gives an awesome feeling: mylot listens to their users. What do you think about the new changes so far? Or is it too early to tell?

I don't like those games either. I would have been tempted to play them if we could directly play against people from mylot. ;)

It is bit early to tell I like most of the new features but I really dont care to play the games and I really dont use the search feature much mostly look at my friends discussions and reply to them and start my own.

I love the new mylot..its much easier to surf and browse.. I don't know why you dont like it. But I think its great.. I really hope more updates and more ways on earning will come...when that happen i will be forever be a mylot fanatic..

I guess there is only one thing in this more that we cannot escape and that is "CHANGE". Everything changes, lets just hope its for the best and not for the worst.. And to you christina! Welcome to Mylot community.. Hope you will have a great time in here..

It's not really about not liking the new changes, changes in general are problematic for me, so it came as a shock when I found out they revamped everything even though I knew it would happen. It came as a positive boost that I am used to it now. :)

there are lots of new features or improved features. take a closer look at the buttons. don't actually know what you are looking for so keep logged-in, keep posting.

it could be, but since this is new, we can expect some more problems or complains. but let us wait and stayed tune, as we know, mylot admin and so as Alice are looking at all these. they will work on it and every issues we will report to them. sincerely, i love this one. with all the notifications coming in. even the comments posted after our comments are being alerted.

I'm doing just that Neil, and it is working right now. My brain has adapted to the new changes and likes it. Of course some things need a little bit of a tweak: sometimes when I surf around mylot all the drop down menu tabs would appear on the screen, I don't think that's what the developer's intentions were.

Hi diamania! I'm still adjusting to mylot's recent changes. It's quite confusing since I had been used to the old version. For now, I think I like the older version better and I missed it. Happy mylotting!

I for one am loving the new changes that MyLot has made. The new smileys, the updated "Discussions" drop-down menu, the smoother, faster speed everything seems to run at. It's all here. However, the one thing I am starting to get worried about are the tasks. The task page has been empty for weeks now

I've seen some of the changes. I haven't seen everything yet but you are right I really thought there was a major change of themes here but this is okay I guess. At least I find the tabs easier to navigate now through sub pages. I'm still exploring the new myLot.

The biggest change that I see is that I can't use my preferred browser anymore. Also it takes more screens and time to do some stuff like get to a friend request to approve them or not. I'm sure I will find more problems when I try to use it more.

Best use firefox guys. It's faster, more secure and more user friendly. Have you found any other bugs in the meanwhile?

hi diamania I think they still have some kinks to work out and we got used to things too. so its kind of hard to take over but we will get used to the new stuff too, I hope.

Things are starting to be better now. I was too early in concluding it was very uncomfortable for me. It's better now.

well give it more time to sink in diam. so far i am enjoying it and i dont have any problems regarding new buttons or new face. its just like upgrading to a new cell phone that you have to study all the features. dont get frustrated smile and you will get used to it too.

I'm sorry, I can't really say anything aout the changes rite now, as I've been out of socket taking care of some things and people for a few days. I haven't had a chance to actually try to use the changes yet. Maybe you will be able to figure them out pretty fast and like it even better. I know the mylotters will be able to help you out and willing.

For me, it seems not change so much. Maybe I just new in mylotter here, I didn't know what old version so much, for me just the search browser is from top to the middle, no other change for me! So what exactly your problem?

They've added more space between rating and reports button. When responding to multiple answers you see them all... it's great this way.

It happens a lot. The only way to cope with changes is for us to be able to learn how to adapt into it. If not, then all things will be stagnant for the rest of our lives. And most of the changes thats happening benefits us more and the changes thats happening here in myLot would benefit both us and the owners.

Yep, I have to live with changes! Good news I am already quite used to it now. I do think though that they will change some things again over the next days as there are still some glitches around which need some attention. :)
