Do you take your pets in a Pet Parlour?

I've been a dog owner almost all my life but never tried to go to a Pet Parlour and ask for my dog to be serviced. I'm just curious on what normally happens inside and what perks our loving pets would have. Have you ever gone in one? Is your experience good with? Did it stress your pets when another person do stuff on them? Let me know your experiences!!!

Yes I do. I have a shih tzu and I take her to a pet parlour for grooming. Shih tzus have long fluffy hair that really needs high maintenance. It's a bit costly but it feels really great to see my pet all cleaned up and smelling good. Just perfect for a warm cuddling time on our living room sofa bed. =)

In addition.. pet parlour helps you take care of your pets when you're a little busy with work and other stuffs to do the grooming by yourself. Part of the services they provide aside from the nice bath are blow-drying your pet's fur (which I like because mine is a shih tzu), having their nails cut, ears cleaned, treatment for pet lice and vaccination. =)
