There is a small woman with a tall job that has big responsibilities in the UK. * Tiny, at just four foot ten inches, Emily Miller is the smallest cop working with the Civil Nuclear Constabulary. She is so small she is nearly smaller than one of the tools of her trade, a Heckler & Koch assault rifle, which fires 750-rounds-a-minute. She had to undergo special training to learn to use the large weapon, and to wear the sizable belt she must wear while on duty. Even driving the sizable SUV proves challenging.
