And it's good for tyhe nervous system, too.Brown rice is also the most easiest to digest and is good for those with diabetes.The vitamin contents of rice varies on how it is milled.Unmilled(brown) rice has more vitamins and nutrients than milled rice or the white and polished rice.In general, both white and brown rice contain vitamins and minerals that our body needs.It is a good source of vitaminB5, lactic acids, mold,vitamin C and fibre which is the best way to fight colon cancer, the one known to be the topmost killer in the world today.

hi friend, I am from south india.We had to eat rice regular dinner and lunch. I like rice with dal,mutton curry and rice with chicken curry. Rice is a very rich in vitamins and minerals. We have different rices will be there like whit rice,brown rice,basmathi rice,etc. To eat rice is good for health. have a good day.

I also love brown rice! It is way better for us as compared to white rice. Many nutrients are stripped away in the preparation of white rice. That is why they have to fortify it back with nutrients. Kind of seems pointless to eat the white kind when the brown is obviously superior. I try to eat it at least 3 times a week. It literally goes with anything as a side dish.
