help about paypal pls

Hey people!! How far is the problem between indians and paypal is going on? I do not know when this problems are going to come to an end. I have not even withdrawn once from paypal and before I withdrew this problem has arisen.
One thing I want to know is that I have reached payout limit in two sits. Now can I confidently cash out from the sites to my paypal account or even that is a problem now?
People who can give me a clear idea about this do help please.

Hello friend,
well we all Indians are in the same boat about Paypal. Well currently it would be advisable if you do not withdraw any of your payment to Paypal. As they are reversing all the payments made earlier, so if you would withdraw right now they either won't accept the payment or will reverse it as soon as they can and thus you have to face more problems afterward.
so wait until paypal announce something new.
Hope they will resume their service in India soon.

hey dude..withdrawing from other sites do not cause any problems. only withdrawing to bank account is in problem. it might take a couple of months to fix this problem. if you have $250 in paypal you can request cheque...so dont worry cashout and enjoy!!

yeah i have a friend from india that has recently contacted me to help them with funds in paypal. And i would be glad to help if I could, but sadly I can't.
but all i have do is to hope that this india paypal thing will solve in time. i don't think its fair on the indians.
