What paint color you prefered for you house?

our house is the place where we would like to spend time in tranquility. as much as possible we would like to feel the harmony and peace inside. the color and its fixtures creates a homey environment where we can relax after a tiring day of work. in that case, i prefer a pink bedroom, a cream living room and a yellow kitchen lol, because they say color yellow is stimulating, and it stimulate appetite lol. what about you? what color would you prefer?

My husband and I want earthy type tones in our homes. Browns and cream colors, whites, a bit of that. Now we also want some red in the home as well. This can be conveyed in paint as well as furniture. These colors are calming I believe.

I want a pink bedroom too.If I want to paint my house,I hope my house can seems like a garden.pink,yellow,blue,green...and I want to paint many flowers and birds on the wall.I enjoy it very much.

very creative idea. i saw this house where the door was painted with giant flowers, very nice to look at and very creatively done. i want my bedroom to appear like a plant too, because i like gardening as well. i painted my bedroom wall pink and my dresser and closet green so it would appear like a color of a flower and plant . and to top it all my bed has a very large red roses prints. i like it very much...

I prefer to have light colored wall to reflect light. My lounge is painted cream, my kitchen is white, my wall is pale yellow, my bedroom is white, my bathroom is white and my children's bedroom is blue. I am thinking of painting all my walls in my house cream. I was thinking of moving and I looked around a house where all the walls were cream. It made that house look bigger than it really was.

I prefer cream colors. Something that matches a lot of different things and is neutral just in case we move and need to sell the house it's not anything too crazy. I like to just relax at home, so not brights or crazy designs.

yeah you are correct haronee, cream colors suits any fixtures we add to out house, the curtain most especially and the sofa. harmony in colors can be easily created if we have creams as basic colors. colors indeed helps in creating tranquility, me too would like to feel relaxed at home, so it is very important to put some not so bright colors especially at the bedroom. thanks, thanks harmonee. well it really depends what i feel like at the time,at the moment i have a brown lounge,purple downstairs loo,pink kitchen and i'm doing the bathroom light green,haven't decided what colour the hall,landing and stairs will be yet

i would like my house to be painted green or cream in the outside. i would also like my kitchen to be green because because it is an appetizing color. my bedroom should be blue or pale yellow.

i always prefer light light color and dark border that seems look good for all viewers to me i like light green and dark brown border some art works at centerly.

Well, for me, it depends on the spot in our house. In the kitchen, I want it to be painted black, white and light green. It also depend on who will use it.

My favorite color is purple so I preferred purple color in my bedroom in the kitchen I like pink and cream in living room.

purple as in like the purple yum? that's what we call an ice cream color here, that when you look at the color you will be reminded the taste of an ice cream, or seeing the color itself makes you crave for an ice cream . but its a very nice color as well. nice choices saanjh take care...

I want my house to be in light cream colour.I want my bedroom to be in blue colour because my favourite colour is blue.The kitchen colour can be yellow as you said.That is good.Nut of all these colours I like Black the most.But unfortunately we can't have a house black in colour.!!!!!

Black! black can be beautiful. i saw this kitchen of my friend where the theme is black, very nice, the fridge is black, the sink, the tiles, the counter top, the oven and the cooking set black and she put and accent of red color, the stool used at the counter top, very nice to look at, but feels scary at night with blacks... light cream is nice and blue for bedroom as well, nice choices! thanks for posting Gany...

I like to use green paint (mint green or light shade of green) because it is cool & pleasant to the eyes. As much as possible I'd like a different shade of green for every part of the house, like, dark green in the bathroom, light shades in the living room and dining room.
