Any comments of gas price in USA. is it coming back to normal?

That depends on what you call "normal." I remember when gasoline was 79 cents a gallon. It increases with time, just like everything else. The last jump in price cooled back down, but not really to where it was before. Be prepared; the price is going to rise again. The price of gas is never stable, so it would be hard to decide upon a normal price.
