Well i have to say that i've tried to do everything on my life, and one of those things was an Astral Projection, i followed some steps to achieve it and in fact i did it but it was just a few seconds because it was really scary to me watching me laid on my bed and i lost it, so have you ever tried something like that????

I had what might have been an astral projection about a month ago. I was sleeping, then I got up and went to the bathroom. When I came back, I slumped on the bed. The slump (the movement) is what woke me. It was then that I realised that I hadn't actually 'physically' gotten up and gone to and from the bathroom. But I could have sworn I felt a slump next to my pillow 'cos that's what woke me up.

Haha!, no, I didn't wet myself! I have travelled in my dreams, but I doubt it's astral projection.

I haven't tried that. I don't know how. Maybe you can show me. I wan't to feel the thrill and excitement of getting out of your body and being able to see the people around you from the outside. Hope that you could teach me.. :)

Well the steps i followed are: You have to relax, the best hour is just in the morning when your are waking up then your body is really loose, then you try to relax more and more till you feel like you are falling and you hear a sound in your ear just like a speaker feedback sound, then you are out, but i can't tell you that is so easy, but you should try, the important thing here is that you must avoid to fall sleep.

I discovered that I could do that as a child. I loved it and would do it before I went to sleep at night or when I was sick in bed. I can still do it now that I am older but it take long concentration and now ..haha I fall asleep while trying.lol When I was younger I didn't even think to be scared I thought everybody did it and I guess I thought it was like dreaming. But I do know what you mean cause it is strange in a way.

I have a strong interest in this topic although I have never been able to achieve out of body travel or Astral Projection. I have tried meditation in order to get myself into a trance like state but I have found this extremely difficult. I guess I have given up trying now although I am always interested in reading about how others have experienced this phenomenon! That's fascinating that you've actually had an out of body experience. I would really love to achieve this myself but I just don't know how to pull it off! It's my hope that I will eventually be pleasantly surprised and be able to experience this for myself. Andrew

Okay, this discussion is four weeks old now, and I'm still responding anyway - because the topic interests me. I've read about astral projection a lot, but it seems hard not just the concentration part but also fighting off the fear. I've never done this, although there are instances when I thought I might have (accidentally) done it... but the experience was weird and I couldn't understand things as they didn't make much sense to me. It was like, half awake half dreaming, but it's not exactly dreaming because I know it was real, sort of. Well it was weird. And a little scary.

I've tried things like that. It isn't that appealing to me though.
