Is spirulina and chlorella the same thing? I know Spirulina is loaded with chlorophyll, and 50% protein, with vitamin B12. Good stuff! What about chlorella. I trying to be extra healthy this year and looking for anything that will make me super healthy.

They are not the same, but they are similar. They are both algae. I have little knowledge about Chlorella, but I have an in-depth knowledge of Spirulina. It's the world's most complete food. It's one of the tiniest, almost microscopic but the world's most nutritious food. It is also known for its high content of Phenylalanine, a substance related to protein that is known for its appetite suppressing capability, often used by those reducing weight. If you want to become healthy, slim and sexy, go for it! :)

I'm buying Spirulina from a Multi-Level Marketing company, and I'm also marketing it through MLM. But I think you can buy Spirulina in local health food stores near your place. I think it is now available in such stores because Spirulina is now becoming popular.. Or, you can buy Spirulina from online merchants. Buying Spirulina in offline stores have several advantages over buying it online. You can check the quality and if you are not satisfied, you can easily return the product for refund. As much as possible, try buy it offline, from stores near you.

Spirulina is actually an edible alga. It is almost pure protein and is packed full of vitamins and minerals. If you want to know more about healthy foods you can read a list here http://nut.bz/41gw6dp./
