How do you rate someone? / myLot

Hi gang. I wanted to know how do you rate someone and how do you get a rating. I read a few posts and people were talking about how their rating goes up and down. Can someone please explain how this works? I am new so I am still learning all the good things My Lot has to offer.

There are three little buttins beneath your post and beside the borderline of the page, on the right side. They have a (+) and a (-) icons on them. They are used to rate the psot! A (+) means an increase in the users rating and a (-) means a decrease in the users rating. I hope i helped you out, anything else you need, just ask!

Thanks and I am going to be giving good ratings to all because so far I am finding people are very helpful. You get a star for the day for answering the question.

Welcome! Under each posting or response you will see a + and - sign. It's light gray, so look close. They take all those rating that you get when people rate what you say and that averages out to the star that you get. You won't see your star until you get up to 100 posts, but then it will be there. I have never seen anyone else refer to us as a gang and that sounds slightly off limits. Gangs usually do bad things don't they?

I see that others have told you that you can see all about the rating system in the FAQs. It is important that you use it correctly because both you and others will benefit. Happy FUN Lotting!
